Wind farm investment marks major step toward Renewable Energy Target for WA

Solutions for Climate WA has welcomed today's announcement by the Cook Government that state-owned Synergy and Water Corporation will procure more than one gigawatt of power from three onshore wind farms in regional WA, saying the investment builds real momentum toward a formal Renewable Energy Target for the South West Interconnected System.
